The Grade 8 Community Project, a key element of the Middle Years Programme (MYP), engages students in real-world community involvement by applying their classroom knowledge. It develops critical skills such as research, planning, collaboration, and communication. The project is divided into three phases: proposal, action, and reflection. Students identify and research a community issue, implement a plan to address it, and evaluate the outcomes. They are expected to demonstrate initiative, collaboration, and effective communication, culminating in a final presentation and documentation of their work.
